Events are a great opportunity for corporate, retail and networking affiliates to support Bottomless Closet and the women we serve. Consider selecting Bottomless Closet to be the beneficiary of your event. Donations collected at these events will help further Bottomless Closet’s mission to connect women and work.
Retail Store Events: Bottomless Closet is thrilled to be the beneficiary of in-store promotional events designed to increase consumer awareness of designer brands and our mission. Events can include corresponding accessories drives or a percentage of sales.
Clothing & Accessories Drives: Volunteers, corporations, and other groups are welcome to organize clothing & accessories drives. We accept women’s new or gently worn business appropriate attire including: suits, separates, coats, shoes, handbags and jewelry.
Career Days: Corporate partners host Bottomless Closet’s clients at their businesses to introduce women to a variety of employment opportunities. The typically half-day events may include: interview preparation presentations, resume review, mock interviews, Q&A sessions, and job shadowing.
Networking Events: Groups are encouraged to hold meetings or celebrations either at Bottomless Closet or other locations to raise funds and awareness of Bottomless Closet’s mission.
Trade Meetings: ticket sales are a natural way to raise funds and support Bottomless Closet’s mission.
Special Events: Individuals, groups and companies host events throughout New York City to benefit Bottomless Closet. Events can include makeover days, blogger events, fashion shows, as well as other events in the fashion industry.
